Everything you need to know about running a 360 with 360Growth. Can’t find it? Email us.
360Growth runs a full 360-degree review for you. You invite the people who know your work, they answer a short set of questions by voice or text, and our AI turns everything into a Growth Guide: a report with themes, anonymized quotes, strengths, blind spots, and what to start, stop, and continue.
Aim for 5 to 15 people who see you in different contexts: your manager, peers, direct reports, and if you like, friends or family. The mix is what makes the feedback useful.
No. Each person gets a private link by email and can respond in their browser or on their phone without signing up.
Yes. Reviewers can talk through their answers or type them. Voice responses are transcribed automatically, and the recording is not shared with you.
Yes. Responses are pseudonymized before analysis, and the report shows themes and quotes without names. You see who you invited and who has responded, but never who said what.
No. You only see the synthesized report. This is what lets reviewers be honest.
Every review starts with our core set of questions covering strengths, growth areas, blind spots, and what people most appreciate about you. Wording adapts to the reviewer's relationship to you, so a manager and a friend see slightly different phrasing.
See the core questionsYes. Before you send invites, you can add, edit, remove, and reorder questions, and adjust the wording for each relationship type.
Your Growth Guide summarizes core themes, groups anonymized quotes by category, lays out strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities, calls out blind spots, and gives you start, stop, and continue behaviors.

See pricingEvery client starts on your default question set, and you can give any client their own custom set. Open the client's setup flow (you land there right after Add Client, or go to the client's page and open Edit questions), click Continue to Questions, then click Create Client-Specific Overrides. That copies your defaults into a set that only affects this client. From there you can Add Question, edit, delete, drag to reorder, and expand any question to customize wording by relationship type. Click Continue to Participants when you're done. To change questions for every client at once, use Default Questions on your dashboard instead. Clients you have already customized keep their own set. You can edit a client's questions until their invitations go out; after that the set is locked so every reviewer answers the same questions.
Yes. Coaches review and edit each Growth Guide before sharing it with the client.
Add each client from your coach dashboard, and their reviews run in parallel. You pay per client reviewed and can buy reports in bulk.
