As part of his coaching practice, Andrew onboarded clients with comprehensive professional 360 reviews. For the uninitiated, a 360 is a structured process for collecting candid, anonymous feedback from peers, direct reports, and collaborators about strengths, blind spots, and growth opportunities.
These reports took many hours to complete. They often cost several thousand dollars. And they were worth it.

In 2025, as AI tools became more powerful and reliable, Andrew began experimenting with ways to streamline the 360 process while increasing the quality of the growth guidance that followed.

Andrew partnered with his longtime friend and coaching client, Michael Galpert, founder of Aviary, which he later sold to Adobe. Together, they began building an early prototype of what would become 360.
As soon as the first working version went live and was shared with a handful of trusted colleagues, customers signed up immediately. What previously took Andrew hours to complete could now be done in minutes, without sacrificing depth or quality.
With proof in hand, Andrew and Michael decided to go all in.
What started as a side project quickly became something much bigger.
